Purchase and Permitting
We’ll work with you to find that perfect slice of heaven to serve as the blank canvas for your masterpiece. Our on-site licensed real estate agent works closely with some of the most exclusive and sought-after neighborhoods in the Reno-Tahoe area including Montreux, Arrowcreek, Pecetti Ranch Estates and Incline Village. From there, we’ll help you through the construction process. We continually research and apply the best and most efficient methods to each construction project and to every aspect of the design.
